RECEIPT OF ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an Order Confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. If you do not receive this email please contact info@marielouisesjogren.com so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

PRICES

We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Trade pricing is available on request. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

PORTRAYAL OF PRODUCTS

Slight variations in products may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens. Natural fibres, dye lots & wood finishes can vary from batch to batch, therefore, we recommend ordering multiples at the same time to ensure production will be from the same batch.

AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are no longer available. Where an item is made to order, we specify a lead time. Occasionally things occur outside of our control which may result in a delay to your order. We will do our utmost to keep these to a minimum and keep you continually updated on the progress of your order until completion.

RETURNS

If you wish to make an exchange or return, please send us an email and we will provide instructions. Please contact us quoting your invoice number, no later than 14 days from the date you receive your purchase, stating that you will return the item including the original packaging. Provided the item is in saleable condition, we will exchange or replace the item(s) or credit the amount against a future purchase, along with any standard delivery charges*. (*Where expedited or bespoke shipping was requested we regret that we are unable to offer a refund on this cost.). This does not affect cancellations or your statutory rights. Please note that our made-to-order items and fabric purchased by the metre, can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.
